The Council meets the third Thursday of every month from 6-9 pm.

An Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board Education and Outreach grant allowed the Council to implement programs to increase citizen's knowledge and awareness of watershed principles and to engage youth, educators, families, and others in watershed stewardship.  They spearheaded a children's water festival called "WET Day."  Twenty-six high school students taught 140 elementary school students watershed concepts.  The younger students rotate through interactive learning stations designed and facilitated by the high school students and event partners.  This method takes advantage of the "cool factor," as the younger students look up to and pay attention to the older students. The high school students reinforce their science lessons and gain valuable leadership and communication skills. WET Day partners are local schools, Sunrise Water Authority, OSU Extension 4-H, Clackamas Community College, and Water Environment Services of Clackamas County.
