The Council meets the last Monday of each month at 5pm at 100 NE Columbia Blvd. at the Nabisco Bakery in the Kraft Foods Conference Room.
This year the Council completed the Ramsey Off Channel Habitat Salmon Refugia Restoration Project. The Ramsey Wetland Complex Off-channel Habitat Restoration Project restored 1.5 acres of access to historic off-channel habitat for juvenile salmon in the Lower Columbia Slough, while simultaneously restoring tidal connections and improving water quality and habitat for aquatic and terrestrial wildlife in this forested and emergent wetland. Migrating salmon were observed in this area.
